I love mornings and I have a simple yet effective approach to morning self care. My early routine includes a few essential steps to ensure I prioritise my wellbeing. One of my favourite morning rituals is to drink a glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon and half a teaspoon of honey (I'm still watching my carbs :)
