Refer a Friend Program – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to our Refer a Friend program! Here’s how it works:

• Eligibility

This referral program is open to all registered customers with an account on our website. The program is available only in the UK.

• How to Refer a Friend

You must be registered as a LIZA VETA WELLBEING MEMBER, it's free to join! Then follow the instructions there.

• Reward Details

For each friend who makes a first purchase using your link, you will receive a £10 credit, which can be used toward any future purchase on our website. A minimum spend of £50 is required to redeem this voucher.

Friend's Reward: Your friend will receive a unique discount on their first purchase, giving them a great start on their journey to wellbeing.

• Reward Redemption

Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-transferable.

Rewards are applied as store credit to your account and are valid for one year from the date of issuance.

• Restrictions

Referrals must be new customers who have not previously registered or made a purchase.

Self-referrals or duplicate accounts are not permitted.

Any misuse of the referral program, such as fraudulent activity or violating terms, will result in forfeiture of rewards.

• Other Conditions

Referral rewards may take up to 5 business days to be issued once your friend’s purchase is completed and verified.

We reserve the right to modify or end this referral program at any time without prior notice.
